Mexico Mission Trip 2026

The presbytery will be sending a delegation of people to the Yucatan Peninsula May 5 thru 12. We will be working with Yucatan Peninsula Missions in Leona Vicario. Churches from Fort Collins, Loveland, Fort Morgan, Gordon and Alliance will be represented with 12 total people attending. Our projects for this trip may include working on new classroom walls, building bleachers around the basketball court, teaching sewing and VBS. A special thank you to the Mission Committee for helping to sponsor part of the costs. The pictures in a separate email are from the recently completed roof on the second floor of the education building and the new electrical system. Feel free to edit anything you wish.

In addition to construction work, the team will host a sewing workshop for local folks and a VBS for children in the village. They will learn about the culture and history of this Mayan region and have time to explore and play. They will return home on May 12 and look forward to sharing their experiences with the Presbytery.
