Minimum Salary for 2026

The Board of Pensions median effective salary has been set at $71,100 for 2026 (increase of $1,100). Therefore, the following will be the minimum total effective salary for the Presbytery for 2026:

Boulder and Larimer counties – minimum effective salary be set at 98% of the Board of Pensions median salary. For 2026, the minimum is $69,678. With a manse, the cash portion is $48,775 and the manse value is $20,903.

For all other counties in the Colorado Plains area and Nebraska – minimum effective salary be set at 70% of the Board of Pensions median salary. For 2026, the minimum is $49,770. With a manse, the cash portion is $34,839 and the manse value is $14,931.
