Minimum Salary for 2024
The current Board of Pensions median effective salary is: $67,100 for 2024.
Boulder and Larimer counties – minimum effective salary be set at 98% of the Board of Pensions median salary. For 2024, the minimum is $65,758. With a manse, the cash portion is $46,031 and the manse value is $19,727.
For all other counties in the Colorado Plains area and Nebraska – minimum effective salary be set at 70% of the Board of Pensions median salary. For 2024, the minimum is $46,970. With a manse, the cash portion is $32,879 and the manse value is $14,091.
Pension and Major Medical – Full coverage mandated per Book of Order – Board of Pensions Form ENR-111 must be completed every time there is a change in effective salary.
Vacation – Four (4) weeks including four (4) Sundays.
Continuing Education – Two (2) weeks/year – accruable up to six (6) weeks.
Sick Days – after 6 months continuous service – 1 day/month – accruable up to 10 days/year, max 30 days.
Family Leave – at least twelve (12) weeks – including, but not limited to, leave for birth of a child, adoption, care of a sick family member, etc.
